  • Oral Radiology Consultants is designed for dental professionals and imaging centers. We interact solely with the referring provider and therefore are unable to provide direct patient consultations.

Which files do I need to upload?

  • If you are uploading 2D images, please save them as JPG, PNG, TIF, or DICOM files.
  • If you are uploading 3D scans, please save them as DICOM files.

Which web browser should I use?

  • The web portal should work with your preferred web browser. However, if you have difficulty uploading images, please verify that your preferred web browser and Java are both up to date. To check your version of Java, please CLICK HERE and click to verify your version of Java. 
  • If your system asks you to download or update Java, and for some reason you are unable to, try uploading images using the Google Chrome browser. Google Chrome no longer requires Java to upload images.
